There\u2019s no doubting the fact that as 2022 rumbles on, things are becoming a lot more expensive. So with that in mind, we\u2019ve given this issue a bit of a budget theme. Triathlon is often seen as a very expensive sport and if you choose to buy top-end and chase marginal gains through kit, then it certainly can be. I\u2019m a big believer in investing in the engine first, though \u2013 after all, you can have all the fancy gear in the world but if your swim, bike and run skills are lacking then it\u2019s not going to do much good.
