Literally.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>Meet the phenomenal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countryfile.com\/wildlife\/marine-life\/seaweed-types\">seaweed<\/a>-eating sheep of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.countryfile.com\/go-outdoors\/quick-guide-to-orkney-best-places-to-see-the-northern-lights-wildlife-and-heritage-sites\">Orkney<\/a>. The tiny island of North Ronaldsay is home to a breed that\u2019s an evolutionary wonder, roaming along the shoreline to feast on seaweed washed up by the strong winds and powerful tides.<\/p><p> It has been this way for almost 200 years since a 13 mile-long drystone wall, or sheep dyke, was built to prevent the flock from straying on to the crofters\u2019 land and precious fertile grazing reserved for more profitable livestock.
