Never fear – we’ve gathered together some of the highlights of the canon to pick out some of our favourites. Here, in no particular order, we name 20 of the best Beethoven works, from symphonies to piano works, string quartets to concertos, pausing along the way to take in an opera, some art song, and some sacred music.
