How to enter Astronomy Photographer of the Year 16 before entries close on 5 March. <\/p>
The Royal Observatory Greenwich has announced there are just two weeks left to enter the Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition before entries for the 2024 awards close on 5 March.<\/p>
\u00a310,000 is on offer to the winner of APY 16, which is open to seasoned astro imagers and complete beginners alike.<\/p>
The competition, now in its 16th year, has nine main categories covering a variety of astronomical subjects, from nearby Solar System objects to deep-sky behemoths.<\/p>
Any astro image captured after 1 January 2023 can be entered into this year’s Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition.<\/p>
