Meet the Star Diary podcast team<\/h2>

Mary McIntyre<\/a><\/strong> is an amateur astronomer and astronomy communicator based in Oxfordshire, UK who was awarded the 2021 Sir Patrick Moore Prize by the BAA for her outreach activities. She is a regular contributor to Sky at Night Magazine<\/em>, the Yearbook of Astronomy<\/em> and co-author of the Collins Stargazing Bible<\/em> which is due for publication in September 2024. She can also be round on Comet Watch radio show and occasionally on the Space Oddities YouTube show.<\/p>
$\"\"$ <\/figure><\/div>Katrin Raynor<\/a><\/strong> is an amateur astronomer who enjoys naked eye stargazing or using her 6-inch Dobsonian. She is a keen astro-philatelist and enjoys collecting astronomy themed stamps from all over the world. She contributes to the Yearbook of Astronomy<\/em> and writes for Sky at Night Magazine<\/em> and Gibbons Stamp Monthly <\/em>and had her own short astronomy show on BBC Radio Wales. Asteroid 446500 Katrinraynor is named after her.<\/p>
$\"\"$ <\/figure><\/div>Ezzy Pearson<\/a><\/strong> is the features editor of Sky at Night Magazine<\/em>. She received her PhD from Cardiff University in observational cosmology before becoming a space journalist. She regularly appears as an expert on all thing space on TV and radio. Her passion for planetary exploration led her to write her first book, Robots in Space: the secret lives of our planetary explorers.<\/em> She has been co-presenter on the Star Diary podcast since 2021.<\/p> <\/body><\/html>\n
