When is Prehistoric Planet<\/em> on TV?<\/h2>\n
The first episode of Prehistoric Planet<\/em> will be available to stream on Apple TV+ from Monday 23rd May. A new episode will be released each day in a five-day event between Monday 23rd and Friday 27th May.<\/p>\n
This follows Attenborough\u2019s BBC One programme Dinosaurs: The Final Day, with David Attenborough<\/em><\/a> which airs in mid-April, that focuses on the day that the asteroid hit Earth and wiped out dinosaurs and many other species.<\/p>\n

Please note that external videos may contain ads<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2>What is <em>Prehistoric Planet<\/em> about?<\/h2>\n<p>Produced by BBC Studios, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, executively produced by Jon Favreau (actor, director and creator of <em>The Mandalorian<\/em>), and with an original score by Hans Zimmer,\u00a0<em>Prehistoric Planet<\/em> is a new Apple TV+ series which follows computer-generated dinosaurs in the Late Cretaceous period (66 million years ago).<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s described as \u201ca one-of-a-kind immersive experience\u201d, and features a range of species from\u00a0\u201ceye-opening parenting techniques of the <em>Tyrannosaurus rex<\/em>, to exploring the mysterious depths of the oceans and the deadly dangers in the sky\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is David
