Priced from \u00a3249.99 \/ $249.99, it includes features such as an optical <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/reviews\/training\/gadgets\/heart-rate-monitors\">heart rate monitor<\/a>, activity tracking and \u201cup to 5 days\u201d battery life.<\/p><p>The HRM-Fit is a chest strap heart rate monitor, designed to clip on to \u201cmedium and high-support sports bras\u201d.<\/p><p>Priced at \u00a3139.99 \/ $149.99, the Garmin HRM-Fit has claimed battery life of up to one year.<\/p><p>The brand has also detailed an upcoming redesign of Garmin Connect, its activity analysis app.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-garmin-lily-2-smartwatch\">Garmin Lily 2 smartwatch<\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The Garmin Lily 2 is a lifestyle-focused smartwatch. &#8211; Garmin<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Available now, the Garmin Lily 2 is a smartwatch pitched at the cheaper end of the market.<\/p><p>Garmin describes it as small and stylish, and it includes basic features such as an optical heart rate monitor and activity tracking.<\/p><p>Garmin says it can also track other data such as your blood oxygen saturation, sleeping, breathing and stress.<\/p><p>However, unlike many of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/advice\/buyers-guides\/best-cycling-watch\">best cycling watches<\/a>, the Lily 2 doesn\u2019t have a built-in GPS. It instead relies on a connection to a smartphone to provide GPS tracking.<\/p><p>Available now, the Garmin Lily 2 costs \u00a3249.99 \/ $249.99, or \u00a3299.99 \/ $299.99 for a version equipped with Garmin Pay (which enables contactless payments via the smartwatch), called the Lily 2 Classic.<\/p><p>Garmin claims the Lily 2\u2019s battery lasts \u201cup to 5 days\u201d.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-garmin-hrm-fit-heart-rate-monitor\">Garmin HRM-Fit heart rate monitor<\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1431\" height=\"954\" src=\"https:\/\/c02.purpledshub.com\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2024\/01\/Garmin-HRM-Fit.jpg\" alt=\"Product render of Garmin HRM-Fit\" class=\"wp-image-811024\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Garmin&#8217;s new HRM-Fit is designed to make wearing a heart rate strap with a bra more comfortable. &#8211; Garmin<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>The Garmin HRM-Fit is a chest strap heart rate monitor designed to clip on to medium and high-support sports bras.<\/p><p>Garmin says the clip-on design makes wearing a chest strap \u2013 typically regarded as the most accurate kind of heart rate monitor \u2013 and a sports bra at the same time easier and more comfortable.<\/p><p>The Garmin HRM-Fit can connect to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/advice\/buyers-guides\/best-bike-computers\">bike computers<\/a>, smartwatches and other smart devices via Bluetooth or ANT .<\/p><p>Garmin says it can also connect to up to three Bluetooth devices simultaneously, and to an unlimited number of ANT devices.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1708\" src=\"https:\/\/c02.purpledshub.com\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2024\/01\/Garmin-HRM-Fit-Cycling-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Woman cycling indoors on a Tacx Neo 2T wearing a Garmin HRM-Fit\" class=\"wp-image-811022\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Garmin&#8217;s HRM-Fit is said to be able to connect to up to three Bluetooth devices at the same time. &#8211; Garmin<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Additionally, Garmin days the HRM-Fit can capture \u201crunning dynamics\u201d data, such as \u201cvertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio and more\u201d when paired to a compatible Garmin smartwatch.<\/p><p>Powered by a CR2032 coin cell, Garmin claims the HRM-Fit has a battery life of up to 12 months.<\/p><p>The Garmin HRM-Fit costs \u00a3139.99 \/ $149.99 and is available now.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-garmin-connect-app-redesign\">Garmin Connect app redesign<\/h2><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1400\" src=\"https:\/\/c02.purpledshub.com\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2024\/01\/Garmin-Connect_01-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Garmin Connect Training Plans\" class=\"wp-image-811019\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Garmin Connect is set for an overhaul in 2024. &#8211;
