Muc-Off says the Big Bore improves airflow by more than 200 per cent, compared to a standard tubeless valve.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">New from Muc-Off: the coreless Big Bore tubeless valve. &#8211; George Scott \/ Our Media<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>The Big Bore features a stainless steel ball valve and lever system to regulate airflow. Rotating the lever to the fully open position when inflating a tyre offers maximum airflow. Muc-Off suggests it can also be used to fine-tune tyre pressure on the go.\u00a0<\/p><p>The internal bore design also means the core doesn&#8217;t need to be removed to add sealant to a tyre, if that\u2019s you\u2019re preferred method of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/advice\/workshop\/how-to-set-up-a-tubeless-tyre\">tubeless setup<\/a>.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1494\" height=\"996\" src=\"https:\/\/c02.purpledshub.com\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2024\/04\/Muc-Off-valves_large.jpg?fit=1024,996\" alt=\"Muc-Off Big Bore tubeless valve\" class=\"wp-image-828588\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The Big Bore uses a ball valve and lever system to regulate airflow. &#8211; George Scott \/ Our Media<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Finally, Muc-Off also has a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/advice\/buyers-guides\/which-tubeless-sealant-works-the-best\">tubeless sealant<\/a> formulated, according to the Dorset-based brand, specifically for road and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/features\/routes-and-rides\/what-is-gravel-riding\">gravel riding<\/a>.<\/p><p>The sealant uses a new water-based synthetic latex solution, designed for use at the higher pressures associated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bikeradar.com\/advice\/buyers-guides\/best-road-bike-tyres\">road tyres<\/a>, and is said to seal holes up to 7mm.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" src=\"https:\/\/c02.purpledshub.com\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2024\/04\/Sea-Otter-2024_day-one-48-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Muc-Off tubeless sealant at the 2024 Sea Otter Classic\" class=\"wp-image-828407\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The existing tubeless sealant is being rebranded as a mountain bike-specific option. &#8211;
