We took a tour around the beautiful Chancellor’s Farm in Somerset, one of the key meadows that are part of the Coronation Meadows initiative
Chancellor’s Farm is a species-rich hay meadow in Somerset, managed by The Somerset Wildlife Trusts. It is one of the Coronation Meadows, a collaboration between two charities, Plantlife and The Wildlife Trusts, that was set up in the face of the loss of 97 per cent of our wildflower meadows since the 1930s.
Here Somerset Wildlife Trust reserves manager for Central Mendip James Ozolins takes us on a tour of the meadow and the plants within it.
