Wilding is a documentary directed by David Allen, and is based on the bestselling book published in 2018 and written by Isabella Tree.
Wilding tells the story of Isabella Tree and Charlie Burrell’s work to transform their failing, four-hundred-year-old estate by turning it back to nature. The process, which included introducing free roaming animals back to the land, meant that the wider estate exploded with a sky-rocketing diversity of plants and wildlife.
This new film charts the journey of Isabella and Charlie and their 3,500 acre estate, which became one of the most significant rewilding experiments in Europe.
