As temperatures soar today, gardeners in the UK have taken to social media to share the temperatures in their gardens.
At 10am today temperatures at Kew Gardens reached 34.6C, with the record standing at 38.7C at Cambridge Botanical Garden on 25 July 2019. With this in mind, it’s looking likely that the record will be beaten today.
Gardeners are using their garden thermometers to demonstrate just how hot it’s getting.
