The antiques fair calendar is always filled to the brim with fabulous events, sales and markets. So, whether you’re searching for a unique piece to add to your collections, on the look out for a classic dining table with its own history, or simply like to browse interesting objects, there’s bound to be something intriguing happening in your local area.

We’ve scoured the UK, from Northern Ireland to Cornwall, to find the best antiques fairs and vintage sales worth a visit. This week we shine a spotlight on xxx which takes place at Compton Verney in Warwickshire from 17th to 19th November…

Featuring 27 dealers, most of whom are CADA members, CADA Art & Antiques Fair is a wonderful opportunity to browse and buy a plethora of items, including bronze sculptures, paintings, furniture, clocks, silver, treen, Persian rugs and more. Visitors will also be treated to some special exhibitions at the fair: Mayflower Antiques will be displaying rare Spanish and Portuguese colonial pieces, while Shaw Edwards Antiques will be showing a collection of primitive, mostly Welsh chairs.

The fair runs from 17th yo 19th November and if you visit cotswold-antiques-art.com you can register for a complimentary ticket for two people.
