At 154km (96 miles) long and with over 3,000m (10,000ft) of climbing, the West Highland Way would take many riders a couple of days to complete. But not hardy Scotsman Rab Wardell. This autumn, the former World Cup cross-country racer set out to beat the existing record and ride the whole thing in not much over nine hours.
