The Championship is one of the toughest leagues in the world and an action-packed season full of twists and turns is on the cards, with all 24 teams dreaming of reaching the Premier League.

Leicester, Leeds and Southampton will be bidding to bounce back to the top flight after their relegation last season, and all three clubs boast new managers in the dugout. Enzo Maresca has quit his role as Pep Guardiola’s assistant for the Foxes, Daniel Farke attempts to earn a second promotion after taking the reins at Elland Road, while Southampton fans are looking forward to a new era under Russell Martin.

Sheffield Wednesday are back in the second tier after winning the League One play-offs in dramatic fashion, but ex-Watford gaffer Xisco Muñoz takes charge after Darren Moore was shown the door ahead of pre-season. The Owls will be joined in the Championship by Ipswich and Plymouth, who secured automatic promotion.

Meanwhile, Coventry will be hoping there is no hangover from their play-off final defeat and the Sky Blues have spent big on former Everton striker Ellis Simms after selling top scorer Viktor Gyökeres over the summer.

Sky Sports boast the rights to show live coverage of the Championship and the broadcaster has announced plans for the opening weeks of the new campaign.

We’ll keep this page updated throughout the summer and over the course of the season as the 2023/24 campaign spills over with fresh drama.

RadioTimes.com brings you the complete Championship TV schedule, including every game you can watch live in the UK.
