England may not look like Rugby World Cup contenders in 2023, but they have defeated everything in their path so far as the end of the pool stage draws near.

The 2019 runners-up demolished Chile 71-0 in their last outing, the third of three expected, but far from guaranteed, victories that has put them in the driving seat in Pool D.

England are expected to have virtually sewn up the group by the time they next take to the field against Samoa, and their focus will slowly turn to the knockouts.

It remains to be seen how Steve Borthwick’s side will hold up under the extreme pressure of a titanic force such as Ireland, South Africa or New Zealand, but given their form leading up to the tournament, to go three matches undefeated will taste sweet.

England lost five of their last six matches leading up to the start of the tournament, including their first ever defeat at the hands of Fiji in the final RWC warm-up clash.

RadioTimes.com brings you the full round-up of England’s fixture list and results for the Rugby World Cup 2023.
