It’s Movie Week! The Strictly Come Dancing 2023 pairs will be dancing to some of the most iconic movie soundtracks, all with the hopes of wowing the judges and getting those all important scores.

As we head into week 3, viewers will sadly have to get used to not seeing Les Dennis perform, as he was the first celebrity to be eliminated from the competition after facing the dance-off against Nikita Kanda.

This weekend, the Strictly Come Dancing 2023 line-up will return to the dance floor to perform their third live dances alongside their Strictly professional dance partners.

As usual, they’ll be scored by the judges, and Sunday will reveal who will have the face the dreaded dance off and possibly face leaving the competition.

Currently at the top of the scoreboard is Layton Williams with 65 points, followed by Amanda Abbington with 61 points. But seasoned Strictly fans will know that anything can happen and this could all change.

Following all performances, the public will get to vote for their favourites. The two contestants with the fewest combined votes from the judges and fans will find themselves in the bottom two, and the judges will have to decide who goes home.

As we wait for the celebs to return to the dance floor, we’ve put together a list of the dances they’ll be doing this week – and it looks like we’re in for a fun night on the ballroom floor, with several Waltzes and a couple of Jives.

Here’s everything you need to know about Strictly Come Dancing week 3 songs and dances.
