The Week 8 challenges are here, so we’ve listed them all below, along with some handy tips. Here’s what you’ve got to look forward to, and how you should go about completing the challenges this week:

Epic Quests

Use Shield Potions in a single match (4) – 30,000 XP

You can find shield potions in chests that can be looted around the area, or they can be found loose on their own. Either way, gather up four of them and then make sure you use them all in the same match.

Collect building resources (750) – 30,000 XP

Have your pickaxe to hand and get hacking away at trees, cars or anything else that will drop the loot that you need. Once you get 750, you’re done and it should not take you too long.

Visit Coral Cove, Base Camp Golf, and Unremarkable Shack (3) – 30,000 XP

Happily, this does not need to be done in one match which is handy as they are all quite far apart! The locations aren’t named on the map but Coral Cove is just to the left of Coral Castle, Base Camp Golf is up on the mountains neat Catty Corner, and the Unremarkable shack is on the island right at the top of the map near Craggy Cliffs.

Build structures (25) – 30,000 XP

You know what to do here by now so once you have the building resources from the previous challenge, just get constructing and do the required amount to net the XP.

Complete bounties from bounty boards (3) – 30,000 XP

There are three steps here. Step one is to find a bounty board, then you need to find your target before finally taking them out. As for where the bounty boards are, this handy image courtesy of Charlie Intel should do the trick!

Ignite enemy players or enemy player structures (15) – 30,000 XP

Another straightforward one, just get burning and keep the focus on enemy players and enemy structures. There are many ways to do this from firefly jars to using the flame bow to shooting up gas canisters – so take your pick of your favourite way to watch the world burn.

Emote in front of a camera at Believer Beach or Lazy Lake (1) – 30,000 XP

Lazy lake first then and this location is actually quite close to the wiretap spot that you will need to get to for one of the legendary quests this week – so you could tick two off here at once.

There is a house to the southeast of the area that has a small, square-shaped swimming pool so head there and you will find the camera next to the pool.

As for Believer Beach, head to the pier and the camera is underneath it where the blue hut is.

Legendary quests

In the past, there was just one of these but that seems to have changed for season seven! This week there are five and here is what they are:

Get Slone’s orders from a payphone (1) – 15,000 XP

This is the third time that this has been a legendary quest in season 7 and it’s no change from how we had to do it before. So just pick one location and head there to accept the order.

Collect access card from an IO Guard (1) – 45,000 XP

This is a really simple one, just take out an IO guard and they will drop the card that needs to be collected. As for where you can find them, well any IO base will do the trick and you will run into no problems bumping into some guards at Corny Complex.

Plant wiretaps at different key locations (3) – 30,000 XP

There are 5 locations that you can do this but remember you only need to pick three of them for the quest. Here is a handy video to show you exactly what to do!

Interact with an IO Operative’s computer (1) – 30,000 XP

Find an IO base and make your way there, our go-to is the one that is central in Corny Compex. When you arrive it should not take you too long to find a computer and it really is just as simple as interacting with it to complete the challenge.

Mindwipe Bunker Jonesy, Swamp Stalker, or Human Bill (1) – 30,000 XP

Challenge number one is working out which one it is that you want to mindwipe. But once you have done that, you just need to find them!

• Bunker Jonesy is inside the shack that is southwest of Misty Meadows
• Swamp Stalker is to the southwest of Slurpy Swamp and you will spot him by the IO satellite base
• Human Bill is inside Steamy Stacks

Converse with characters to identify an infiltrator (5) – 30,000 XP

Identifying the infiltrator is easy as it will always be the fifth NPC that you talk to. So literally just find five of them and chat and the last will complete the challenge for you – a really easy one to finish up for this week then!
