Big Brother is already hurtling towards the end of week three, and the latest housemates nominated and facing the public vote on Friday night are Trish, Hallie and Dylan.

Fans will be pleased that lawyer Jordan is safe for another week, as he remains one of the favourites to win the newly revived series, along with Yinrun and Henry – who was saved by the public last week.

Already famous in the Big Brother house for his stylish floral shirts and wry sense of humour, Jordan has endeared himself to viewers even more after an emotional conversation about his sexuality with fellow housemate Matty this week.

Jordan told doctor Matty that he was “glad to be here” and “glad to be queer” and recalled coming out as bisexual to his mother: “I came out to my mother the first night of university, screaming down the phone in the smoking area because there was this guy that I fancied. And I thought for some reason, if I come out to my mother this guy will want to…”

Jordan has found himself in the middle of a love triangle, with his interest peaking in housemates Henry and Matty. Henry and Jordan recently shared a kiss, and viewers went wild over the budding romance.

The new series returned on Sunday 8th October with 16 contestants from all walks of life including 25-year-old Jordan, who said he wanted to “challenge” himself while on the show.

Farida became the first contestant to become evicted from the series, followed by 28-year-old model Zak who was the second housemate to be evicted.

The remaining 14 housemates are competing for the £100,000 cash prize over the course of six weeks.

Read on for everything you need to know about Big Brother 2023 housemate Jordan and his extensive floral shirt collection.

How old is Jordan?

Jordan turned 26 on the show (12th October), revealing in the Diary Room on his birthday: “I’m 26 today, heading on 56.”

He spent his special day wearing a neon tabard as he assumed the role of fire warden and became responsible for his fellow housemates ‘safety’ during Big Brother’s two-day long task.

What is Jordan’s job?

Jordan is a lawyer, who works and lives in London. He is originally from Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. Jordan previously told viewers that he’s not as posh as he may sound, and that he picked up his accent by watching Downton Abbey as a child.

“I was born on a council estate in Scunthorpe,” he explained before entering the house. “I am a huge fan of Downton Abbey, I watched the show as a child and thought ‘wow, they sound rather nice’. So, I just learned my accent from Downtown Abbey.”

Who is Jordan’s mum?

Jordan’s mum received a lot of attention from Big Brother fans as she was spotted in the crowd supporting her son on the show’s launch night as he entered the Big Brother House.

One X user even compared her to Jennifer Coolidge: “Jordan’s Mum On Big Brother Looks Like Stifler’s Mom!”

Another added: “Jordan’s mum giving Sofia Vegara!!…”
