Arsenal will look to make it five wins on the bounce in the Women’s Super League when they head south to face Brighton on Sunday.

The Gunners took just one point from their first two WSL games in 2023/24 but a run of four consecutive victories, including their stunning 6-2 win against Leicester City last weekend, has them firmly in the title race.

Jonas Eidevall’s side overturned a surprise 2-0 deficit at the break with six second-half goals at the King Power Stadium to finish the weekend second in the table.

With leaders Chelsea set to face Liverpool on Saturday, Arsenal will hope a win on their travels is enough to reduce the Blues’ three-point lead at the top.

The visitors will be heavy favourites at the Broadhead Stadium as Brighton are eighth but their shock victory against Man City last weekend is proof that they’re not to be underestimated.
