West Ham head to Prague hoping to land their first major trophy in over 40 years as they take on Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final tonight.

The Hammers last lifted silverware in 1980 as they won the FA Cup, and while they boast a UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup from 1965, the relatively new UECL would be their biggest achievement on the continent to date.

David Moyes’ men have endured a fairly abject season on the domestic front, finishing 14th in the table, but they have won 13 of 14 matches in this European campaign to reach the showpiece occasion.

Fiorentina will be arguably the toughest opponent they’ve faced in the Europa Conference League this season, however, and the Hammers will need to find top gear to get the job done.

The Italian club finished 2022/23 in the top half of Serie A, reached the Coppa Italia final, and are pushing for a first European triumph since the 1960s themselves.

RadioTimes.com has rounded up everything you need to know about how to watch Fiorentina v West Ham on TV and online.
