A new cohort of famous contestants will be going head to head in the Celebrity MasterChef kitchen, as the star-studded cooking competition returns for its 18th season.

On the line-up this year are the likes of Drag Race UK star Cheryl Hole, singer-songwriter Jamelia and comedian Marcus Brigstocke, who’ll all be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winner Lisa Snowdon.

Over six weeks, the stars will be taking part in a series of culinary challenges designed to push their gastronomic skills to the limit. So who will flourish in the kitchen and who will flounder under pressure?

As ever, John Torode and Gregg Wallace will be on judging duties, so they’ll have the final say on which stars make it through to the next stage of the competition.

The competitors will be put through their paces with tasks like Dinner Party Dish and Nostalgia Dish, and will also face the brand new Celebrity Food Truck Challenge.

MasterChef series editor Katie Attwood says: “This series is a total treat for Celebrity MasterChef fans – John and Gregg are on sizzling form and the creative dishes that the celebrities deliver need to be seen to be believed. Expect everything and more!”

So, when will the next heat of the competition be available to watch? Here’s what you need to know about the programme schedule for Celebrity MasterChef 2023.
