Lord of the Rings<\/a> series has been unveiled, hinting at further details for the mysterious plot.<\/p>\nThe Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is set more than three millennia before the events of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and it has long been speculated the series would cover parts of The Silmarillion.<\/p>\n
Now, a swanky new title scene seems to confirm just that, hinting that the series will focus on the forging of the iconic rings of power that will end up yielding to the<\/em> one ring to rule them all.<\/p>\n\u201cThree Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,\u201d Galadriel actress Morfydd Clark declares over the teaser. \u201cSeven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone, nine for Mortal Men doomed to die, one for the Dark Lord on his dark throne in the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.\u201d<\/p>
