If you\u2019re in the mood for a spooky movie night but aren\u2019t quite sure what to watch, then here\u2019s some good news: Netflix<\/a> has a huge variety of freaky films on its platform, from classic \u201980s chillers to modern horror gems.<\/p>\n

The streamer\u2019s selection is made up of both original fare \u2013 such as the Fear Street<\/a> trilogy and Zack Snyder\u2019s horror heist\u00a0Army of the Dead<\/a> \u2013 and some of the scariest films to hit the multiplexes in the last few years.<\/p>\n

Films that have recently been added to that catalogue include the second installment of\u00a0<\/span>Andr\u00e9s Muschietti\u2019s two-part IT adaptation, and the terrific The Invisible Man, which offered a contemporary take on the classic Universal monster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, for those who are faint of heart \u2013 or just need a laugh \u2013 there are also a few slightly lighter options, with Edgar Wright\u2019s enduring zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead perhaps the pick of the bunch in that regard.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0RadioTimes.com<\/a> experts have picked out some of the very best streaming scares available on Netflix which will at least remove the horror of having to scroll through the options for hours.<\/p>\n
