After 10 weeks in The Apprentice<\/a> boardroom, we\u2019re now down to just four Apprentice 2022 candidates<\/a>, who remain in the running for Lord Alan Sugar\u2019s \u00a3250,000 investment.<\/p>\n

This Thursday (17th March), Brittany Carter<\/a>, Harpreet Kaur<\/a>, Kathryn Louise Burn<\/a> and Stephanie Affleck<\/a> will present their business plans to Lord Sugar\u2019s advisors, including Claude Littner, who returns to the series<\/a>\u00a0following a serious bike accident<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While winning is of course their main aim, Stephanie has revealed her hopes to be mentored by one of Lord Sugar\u2019s trusted advisors if she isn\u2019t crowned this year\u2019s champ.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Baroness Karren Brady, she said: \u201cI was genuinely so excited to meet Baroness Brady, I find her so unbelievably inspirational and being in her company did not disappoint.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is such a powerful, smart, sharp woman and her aura is electric. She just has this natural ability to own the room; if I don\u2019t win Lord Sugar\u2019s investment then I would definitely love to be mentored by her!\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cThere are so many other women leading amazing global causes who are my heroes but Melinda Gates is my idol. I love everything she stands for as a woman \u2013 she is so smart but leads with such kindness and humility.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is truly dedicated in making a permanent change to the world through the causes which she gives her time to and it\u2019s hard to not find that inspirational.\u201d<\/p>

Back in January, 16 ambitious business people entered Sugar\u2019s boardroom, with the hopes of securing investment for their business.<\/p>\n

Usually, five hopefuls would go through to the interview stages; however, Sugar surprised with a double elimination last week, after both teams lost out on the challenges.<\/p>\n

After Aaron Willis<\/a> was given the boot, all eyes were on Akeem Bundu-Kamara<\/a>, and Stephanie, who had failed on the branding team for that week\u2019s baby challenge. In the end, Sugar decided that Akeem, 29, would be going home.<\/p>\n

So, how does Stephanie feel to have made it to the final?<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels crazy if I am honest with you,\u201d the online shop owner told press, including RadioTimes.com<\/a>. \u201cI always believed if I set my mind to it I could achieve it, but it doesn\u2019t take away from the fact that out of the hundreds and thousands of people who applied \u2013 I am sitting in the top four of that!<\/p>\n
