The internet has been abuzz the past couple of days with news that Hugh Grant, star of Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral and Paddington 2, could be about to join Team TARDIS as the Fourteenth Doctor.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, The Mirror<\/a> quoted an insider on the BBC sci-fi series as saying that returning showrunner Russell T Davies wanted the star to \u201cbring a fresh feel\u201d<\/a> to the role, and that \u201cconversations are in progress\u201d.<\/p>\n However, Grant has now taken to Twitter to (supposedly) clear things up.<\/p>\n Grant wrote last night: \u201cNothing against Dr W but I\u2019m not.
