The Apprentice 2022 has come to a dramatic close.<\/p>\n

Over the last 12 weeks, 16 budding entrepreneurs have been put through their paces by Lord Sugar to secure his \u00a3250,000 investment and become his new business partner.<\/p>\n

But the hunt is now over as Lord Sugar crowned\u00a0Harpreet Kaur<\/a> as the winner of The Apprentice<\/a> 2022.<\/p>\n

She and fellow candidate\u00a0Kathryn Louise Burn<\/a> both impressed Lord Sugar enough to make it to the final but ultimately, the business guru chose to hire Harpreet.<\/p>\n

For the final challenge, dessert parlour owner Harpreet\u00a0and online pyjama business owner Kathryn went head-to-head to prove to Lord Sugar why they deserved to bag his investment.<\/p>\n

As always, candidates given the boot earlier in the series returned to help the two finalists deliver their visions to Lord Sugar and his panel of industry experts.<\/p>\n

Weighing up his options, the business mogul decided that he wanted to invest in Harpreet\u2019s business as opposed to Kathryn\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Explaining his decision, Lord Sugar said in the final boardroom:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cIt is a very, very difficult situation for me\u2026Harpreet I\u2019m not sure whether this business is scalable or whether you are trying to do too much and that\u2019s what I\u2019m worried about at the moment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cKathryn, I\u2019m concerned on the longevity of it, and the popularity of it, it\u2019s very hard, this is difficult for me\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cA lot of the companies that I invest in are a start from scratch situation, basically what Kathryn is proposing, so ladies, I think that I\u2019ve decided now\u2026 Harpreet, you\u2019re going to be my business partner.\u201d<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n

After learning of her win, Harpreet said:\u00a0<\/span>\u201c<\/span>I cannot believe Lord Sugar has chosen me to be his business partner! I have dreamed of this moment, and it just completely proves that if you work hard and you believe in yourself, dreams do come true.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
