**Spoiler warning for Peaky Blinders season 6 episode 6**<\/strong><\/p>\n Peaky Blinders came to an end on Sunday (3rd April) following almost a decade on screen, and while we get over the fact that it\u2019s really finished, the series\u2019 crew have been letting us know just how they pulled it all off.<\/p>\n One particularly dramatic moment in the finale<\/a> saw Cillian Murphy\u2019s Tommy Shelby blow up his own mansion, making space for new homes to be built for the people of Birmingham.<\/p>\n The exterior of Tommy\u2019s home had been filmed at Arley Hall in Cheshire, so it was fair to assume the crew hadn\u2019t blown it up for real.<\/p>\n However, we now learn that wasn\u2019t too far off, as SFX supervisor Danny Hargreaves has revealed on Twitter.<\/p>\n It turns out that while the building collapse was achieved by using SFX, the explosion itself was real, and was set off in front of the Hall.<\/p>\n You can watch the filming of this explosive moment in the video below.<\/p>\n Boooooom!!! pic.twitter.com\/9byl7DvuNa<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Danny Hargreaves (@Dannysfx) April 3, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote>
