The comedy is set against the backdrop of The Troubles in the 1990s, and follows a group of school girls (and one \u201cwee English fella\u201d) as they come up against teenage trials and tribulations \u2013 and often with a rousing Nineties soundtrack charting their journey, from\u00a0Bj\u00f6rk to the Spice Girls.<\/p>\n
