Dominic West, Phoebe Dynevor and Kelly Macdonald are among the celebrities lining up to appear in the show, playing themselves as clients of the fictional London agency upon which the show centres, Nightingale Hart.<\/p>\n
However, the question is who were the central cast \u2013 who play the agents and assistants on the show \u2013 most excited to be working with?<\/p>\n
Speaking exclusively with RadioTimes.com<\/a>, Lydia Leonard, who plays Rebecca, a dedicated yet often fearsome agent, said: \u201cThey were all really great fun, and so generous. Helena Bonham Carter, I suppose, was a particular highlight for me. She was everything you\u2019d expect and more and just really magic.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Prasanna Puwanarajah, who plays Dan, said that \u201cHimesh Patel is someone who I\u2019ve admired and found very amusing and so it was lovely to work with him, he was brilliant, really, really funny\u201d, while he also picked \u201cthe great David Harewood, who I think is rapidly becoming a national treasure\u201d.<\/p>\n Puwanarajah explained that \u201cthe nature of the input of the guest cameo is really quite varied\u201d, with some of them poking fun at themselves in roles which are \u201calmost farce\u201d, while others act as \u201cthe still centre around which a certain amount of British chaos is occurring\u201d.<\/p>\n The show focuses on the agents as they scramble to keep their clients happy and business afloat, while it also spends time with the assistants who have their own troubles throughout the series.<\/p>\n Harry Trevaldwyn and Hiftu Quasem, who play assistants Ollie and Misha, both agreed that they had \u201cno chill\u201d when around the guest stars, with Trevaldwyn saying: \u201cI didn\u2019t not get starstruck by each and every one and I didn\u2019t hide it with each and every one.\u201d<\/p> Trevaldwyn also called Jim Broadbent, who isn\u2019t playing himself in the show and instead plays the founder of the agency the characters work at, \u201cjust the sweetest, loveliest man, so talented, and if I had the credits he\u2019s had, I\u2019d be an absolute monster!\u201d<\/p>\n All eight episodes of Ten Percent are streaming on Amazon Prime Video now \u2013 sign up for Amazon Prime video here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n You can also find something to watch with our\u00a0TV Guide<\/a>.<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The latest issue of Radio Times is on sale now \u2013\u00a0subscribe now<\/a>\u00a0to get each issue delivered to your door.
