Elisabeth Moss has teased that the upcoming fifth season of The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/a> will be one of the most \u201cwild\u201d outings of the series so far.<\/p>\n

The actress \u2013 who plays lead character June Osborne in the hit series \u2013 explained in a recent interview with TVLine<\/a> that even she was struggling to keep up with all the developments in the show.<\/p>

\u201cI will say that the season itself is possibly one of the wilder rides that we\u2019ve had,\u201d she explained. \u201cSome seasons a lot happens, some seasons not as much happens. This season, I almost can\u2019t keep up.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it\u2019s not lip service. I truly mean I almost can\u2019t keep up with the amount of activity that\u2019s happening.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo that\u2019s been exciting,\u201d she added. \u201cAnd it\u2019s been challenging of course, because it means we\u2019re working really hard, and we\u2019re on location a lot. But never a dull moment is the way I would say it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Filming on the fifth run \u2013 which doesn\u2019t yet have a release date \u2013 began towards the end of January.<\/p>\n

And although Hulu\u2019s head of originals Jordan Hellman suggested that talks were underway about how and when to end the show, it seems this won\u2019t mark the end of the series just yet.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s because Aunt Lydia star Ann Dowd revealed in an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com<\/a> that season 6 was already planned.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, the writers are very smart. They don\u2019t tell actors anything,\u201d she said when asked what she knew about the next season. \u201cWhat would I say about it? No, I don\u2019t have a clue at all about what will be happening. I do know that there\u2019s a season 5 and 6.\u201d<\/p>\n
