ABBA\u2019s iconic track Waterloo is not the most streamed Eurovision song of all time, Radio 2 reveals today \u2013 with a far more recent entry triumphing instead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The radio broadcaster is marking Eurovision 2022<\/a>\u00a0with a new special,\u00a0Eurovision: The Official All-Time Most Streamed, which launches today on BBC Sounds.<\/p>\n

In the special, Michelle Visage reveals that the UK\u2019s all-time most streamed Eurovision song of all time is Arcade by Duncan Laurence, which was the winning Netherlands entry<\/a> back in 2019.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, ABBA\u2019s Waterloo <\/b>\u2013 Sweden\u2019s entry in the 1974 competition \u2013 came in second, followed by Think About Things by Dadi Fryer (Iceland\u2019s 2020 entry).<\/span><\/p>

The list was compiled by the Official Charts Company, using official audio and video streaming data (UK only) from various platforms.<\/p>\n

Arcade and Dadi Fryer\u2019s tracks are among several Eurovision entries that have been embraced on social media sites like TikTok, increasing their popularity.<\/p>\n

Laura Busson, Commissioning Executive at Radio 2, said:\u00a0\u201cEurovision is loved by the Radio 2 audience, so I\u2019m delighted that as a part of the network\u2019s Eurovision Super Saturday, Michelle Visage will be counting down the most streamed Eurovision tracks of all time.<\/p>\n

Eurovision: The Official All-Time Most Streamed\u00a0is available on BBC Sounds from today (Saturday 30th<\/sup> April), and will also be broadcast on \u2018Eurovision Super Saturday\u2019 on Radio 2 at 1-3pm on Saturday 14th<\/sup> May.<\/strong><\/p>\n
