Following one last challenge, Chief Instructor Rudy Reyes<\/a>, who took over from Ant Middleton on the series, confirmed that Paige Zima and Shylla Duhaney had passed the selection process.<\/p>\n Speaking exclusively to RadioTimes.com<\/a> following their win, Paige and Shylla revealed moments that didn\u2019t make it on screen, as they both admitted to suffering from a lack of sleep.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat you don\u2019t see so much of is that it\u2019s 24\/7,\u201d Paige explained. \u201cI think people don\u2019t get that.<\/p>\n \u201cAlso the sleep deprivation \u2013 you\u2019re up every single night to do a night watch, putting on your wet boots and wet clothes to go and stand on a tower, and the less people that are in, the less sleep you\u2019re getting because your shifts are longer as well.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe sleep is horrific and you\u2019re on edge all the time so even when you\u2019re going to a location or even when you\u2019ve got like 10 minutes in your accommodation, you\u2019re still awake because you need to be alert 24\/7,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Agreeing, Shylla said: \u201cWe\u2019re just on edge every minute of the day and even the stuff they show, it\u2019s a lot longer [in real life]. It\u2019s crazy and it\u2019s hard to properly explain to people who haven\u2019t lived it because so much goes on.<\/p>\n \u201cYour body is just so knackered that you can\u2019t switch off. The slightest noise \u2013 you can hear the DS in the background and they\u2019ll just be shouting for the sake of it \u2013 and then you\u2019re on edge, like they\u2019ve called your name or they\u2019re about to come out.
