He continued: \u201cBut I mean, I\u2019ve been kind of doing refurbishing and developing property since I was in my early 20s, and probably not a lot of people know that. And it\u2019s something that I\u2019m really passionate about.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I agreed to do it because there\u2019s obviously a lot of developers out there who don\u2019t necessarily do a great job, and can build badly and cheaply and I think that gives the development industry a bad reputation.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut there\u2019s also a lot of really, really good developers out there \u2013 you know, people like me who have done this for years who really care and really want to do a good job and that\u2019s really why it\u2019s a part of the show.\u201d<\/p>\n
