At long, long last, Stranger Things season 4 is almost upon us.<\/p>\n

And, judging by the recent\u00a0trailer<\/a>, which gave fans a look\u00a0at Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and the rest of the gang preparing to take on a new supernatural threat, while Hopper (David Harbour) is stuck on the other side of the world in a Russian prison, there\u2019s certainly a lot to look forward to (read our review<\/a> here).<\/p>\n

While the first three seasons were made up of either eight or nine episodes,\u00a0season 4 will be released in two volumes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first volume, featuring the first seven episodes of the season, will land on Netflix on 27th May, while the final two episodes will follow in July.<\/p>\n

And with some\u00a0pretty staggering episode runtimes <\/a>(to say the least!), the upcoming chapter \u2013 which will be the show\u2019s penultimate season<\/a> \u2013\u00a0looks set to be bigger than ever.<\/p>\n

So, when exactly are the nine episodes coming to Netflix<\/a>? Here\u2019s everything you need to know about Stranger Things season 4\u2019s release times.<\/p>\n

What time is Stranger Things season 4 released on Netflix UK?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The first seven episodes will air in the US and UK on May 27, albeit at different times.<\/p>\n

For fans in the US, they will be able to watch the new episodes from midnight Pacific Time and 3am Eastern Time \u2013 which translates to 8am in the UK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Episodes 8 and 9 will drop on 1st July, arriving at the times above.<\/p>\n

Stranger Things season 4 part 1 is made up of seven episodes.<\/p>\n

Part 2, in contrast, only features two episodes.<\/p>\n

Having said that, the part 2 finale \u2013 with a two-and-a-half hour runtime \u2013 is longer than most movies, so fans don\u2019t need to worry about lack of action.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

What is Stranger Things season 4 about?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Season 4 picks up in 1986, months after that<\/em>\u00a0battle at the Starcourt Mall that left telekinetic Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) devoid of her powers.<\/p>\n

A new supernatural threat soon emerges, presenting the gang with a mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the miseries of the Upside Down. But will they succeed?<\/p>\n

Sadie Sink, who plays Max Mayfield on the sci-fi show, has teased that the upcoming chapter is \u201cthe most bizarre season\u201d yet.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the most bizarre season we\u2019ve ever had,\u201d\u00a0she told\u00a0People<\/a>. \u201cJust the scale of it is out of this world.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that while she \u201ccan\u2019t say anything\u201d about a scene in the recent trailer which shows Max floating at her late brother Billy\u2019s gravesite, it is \u201ca wild episode\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe get to explore a lot of different themes and different sides of the characters that everyone knows and loves, so I\u2019m looking forward to it. It\u2019s coming!\u201d<\/p>\n
