We have good news for fans of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the 12-part prequel series Andor\u00a0now has an official Disney Plus release date \u2013 and it isn\u2019t too far off!<\/p>\n

Andor tells the origin story of rebel fighter Cassian Andor, first seen in the film Rogue One, and played by Diego Luna<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So far, plot details for Andor have been scarce, but Disney released a teaser trailer at its Star Wars celebration event on 26th May 2022 as well as confirming the season will be 12 episodes long \u2013 much longer than a typical Star Wars show \u2013 and that it will unfold five years before the events of Rogue One.<\/p>\n
