The seventh season of \u00a0Inside No. 9<\/a> concludes tonight (Wednesday 1st June) with an episode titled Wise Owl \u2013 and RadioTimes.com<\/a> can exclusively reveal a first look-clip from the finale.<\/p>\n The footage teases an intriguing exchange between Steve Pemberton\u2019s Mr Blenkin and Reece Shearmith\u2019s Ronnie, as the former asks for help preserving his daughter\u2019s pet rabbit.<\/p>\n \u201cSorry have I got the right house,\u201d Blenkin says through Ronnie\u2019s front door at the beginning of the clip, \u201cYou do do taxidermy?\u201d<\/p> When he doesn\u2019t get an immediate response, he explains the situation \u2013 he\u2019s just returned from his holiday to find that his daughter\u2019s pet rabbit Ferrari has died after it was left in the care of his cleaner.<\/p>\n \u201cShe wanted to give it a treat and to cut a long story sideways she\u2019s accidentally fed it a bag of chocolate buttons and now it\u2019s dead,\u201d he says, before adding \u201cAre you there?\u201d when he\u2019s greeted by more silence.<\/p>\n Eventually Ronnie \u2013 who appears to be something of a recluse \u2013 responds simply: \u201cI\u2019m not supposed to talk to strangers.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite this comment, Blenkin plows on with his request, explaining, \u201cWe\u2019ve had it in the fridge overnight \u2013 my daughter doesn\u2019t know yet, she\u2019s only five \u2013 and I was wondering if you could preserve him for us.\u201d<\/p>\n You can watch the preview clip in full below:<\/p>\n
