ITV2\u2019s Love Island<\/a> is currently underway, with things really heating up between Ekin-Su Cu\u0308lcu\u0308log\u0306lu<\/a> and Jay Younger<\/a>.<\/p>\n Ekin-Su is currently coupled up with Davide Sanclimenti<\/a>, but on last night\u2019s episode (Thursday, 16th June) the actress, 27, snuck off with newcomer Jay, 28, and shared a kiss with him on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n While Davide didn\u2019t find out about their little secret, it looks like all is about to be revealed on Friday, as a preview for the 12th episode saw the pair arguing.<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the villa, Gemma Owen<\/a> and Luca Bish<\/a> cleared the air, after Gemma told him she didn\u2019t want to be \u201cmarried off.\u201d<\/p>\n Gemma has faced some backlash since joining the Love Island 2022 line-up<\/a>. Fans have accused her of being too young for the show, while others have called her \u201crude\u201d \u2013\u00a0 something her dad Michael Owen defended her on<\/a>, saying: \u201cShe\u2019s clever and funny and kind. She\u2019s not two-faced. She\u2019s loyal, a decent person. She\u2019s still our baby. I\u2019m still my parents\u2019 baby and I\u2019m 42! It\u2019s how it is.\u201d<\/p>\n As things heated up on season 8, RadioTimes.com<\/a> spoke exclusively to former contestant Liberty Poole<\/a>, who appeared on season 7 last year, and she gave us her thoughts on the current season.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m obsessed with this season \u2013 even though I might bias towards my season, I feel like we\u2019re getting a lot of drama really quickly this year, and I feel like the cast is very like diverse with personalities,\u201d she gushed.<\/p> While the reality TV star is loving the contestants did year, she feels that two of the boys in particular \u2013 Ikenna Ekwonna<\/a> and Jacques O\u2019Neill<\/a> \u2013 might need to watch out, with the next recoupling due any day now, saying: \u201cI think possibly Ikenna could be at risk, I\u2019m not going to lie.
