Things are set to heat up quite a bit on Love Island<\/a> this week \u2013 as the infamous Casa Amor<\/a> twist comes into effect, with 12 new bombshells<\/a> joining the show.<\/p>\n

And it looks like the boys in the main villa are wasting no time in getting to know the new arrivals, with a first-look preview of tonight\u2019s episode teasing some intriguing interactions.<\/p>\n

Towards the start of the episode, the boys receive a text in which it is finally<\/em> made clear to them that the girls haven\u2019t really just gone for drinks, as they\u2019d initially been told.<\/p>\n

\u201cBoys, as you know the girls went out for drinks earlier this evening,\u201d it reads. \u201cThey will be staying away for a few days. Please now pack them a case for their trip. #DontWaitUp #CasaAmor.\u201d<\/p>

Davide<\/a> seems rather excited by the announcement, predicting there will be \u201csix sexy girls to have fun with us and enjoy our time\u201d, before the boys each pack a suitcase for their partners.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, several of them include some of their own personal items while they are packing \u2013 with Andrew<\/a> packing his hoodie and ring for Tasha<\/a>, Luca<\/a> packing his fish flops and ring for Gemma<\/a>,\u00a0and Jacques<\/a> packing his eye mask for Paige<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Initially, it appears that Jacques and Luca aren\u2019t about to have their heads turned any time soon, with the former saying, \u201cI am not going to find someone better than Paige in three days. Give me a year and I don\u2019t think I\u2019d find anyone suited more.\u201d<\/p>\n

Luca agrees: \u201cI\u2019ve been waiting a year for a girl like Gemma.\u201d<\/p>\n

But things aren\u2019t looking so sure in the morning when the new girls arrive \u2013 with Jacques exclaiming, \u201cSanta\u2019s delivered, trust me\u2026 he has brought every single present I wanted.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThese girls are phenomenal, they\u2019re beautiful,\u201d Dami<\/a> adds. \u201cLiterally, no jokes about it. I\u2019m not going to lie\u2026 I feel like we\u2019re in trouble. I think we\u2019re in trouble, man.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later in the episode, the boys are quizzed by the new arrivals \u2013 and it seems a couple of them reckon Andrew should be open to a new girl since Tasha isn\u2019t as keen on him as he thinks.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think you should be open, I\u2019m just saying,\u201d Mollie says, with Coco agreeing: \u201cI think she\u2019s just settled for convenience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later on, Luca is pulled for a chat by Mollie, who asks if he\u2019s still open.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/i>I\u2019m semi-closed, yeah,\u201d he answers. \u201cBut you just don\u2019t know what\u2019s happening over there. Listen, if someone were to come in here, it would take something special, and you don\u2019t know.\u201d<\/p>\n
