Tarantula. How do they cook this?\u201d he asks, before discovering that the large spider is baked simply in the oven<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDelicious, yeah,\u201d he says sarcastically, before biting into a tarantula leg. \u201cThere is no flavour,\u201d he adds.<\/p> <div class=\"&quot;brightcove\" embed=\"\"> <div class=\"&quot;embed__intrinsic&quot;\"> <div class=\"&quot;brightcove__player\" vjs-playlist-player-container=\"\"> <video data-video-id=\"6309189805112\" data-account=\"69912529001\" data-player=\"ByeOf0VZEl\" data-embed=\"&quot;default&quot;\" data-application-id=\"\" controls=\"\" class=\"&quot;video-js&quot;\"\/><\/div> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<script src=\"&quot;\/\/players.brightcove.net\/69912529001\/ByeOf0VZEl_default\/index.min.js&quot;\"\/><p>Over the course of the series, Hollywood samples \u201cfresh cactus, the country\u2019s hottest chilli, the perfect taco, Michelin quality street food and even a scorpion\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about his time in Mexico, Hollywood said that he would recommend viewers \u201cgive tarantula a wide berth\u201d.<\/p> <p>\u201cTacos were the big thing I grew very fond of [while in Mexico]. They were just beautiful, proper corn tortillas. I\u2019ve been so used to having wheat tortillas, but corn tortillas carry more flavour,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fillings that we managed to put in there, everything from pork to tarantula, it was fascinating\u2026\u00a0I\u2019d give tarantula a wide berth. I would concentrate on the pork, it was incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Asked what his favourite thing about Mexico was, he responded: \u201cThe people. The people are amazing, very friendly and welcoming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was with a biker group riding around Mexico City in 33 degrees just roasting and eating so much amazing food. The whole journey was incredible.
