The rest of the episode saw a bust-up between Luca<\/a> and Tasha<\/a> before she took a big new step with Andrew<\/a>.<\/p>\n Then, the moment, we\u2019ve all been waiting for \u2013 it was movie night, with all the drama you\u2019d expect ensuing. There was a big reveal for Ekin-Su<\/a>, while Luca was not happy with what he saw in a clip of Gemma<\/a>.<\/p>\n Didn\u2019t catch it when it aired?<\/p>\n You can watch Love Island on catch up<\/a>. Otherwise, here\u2019s our full recap of episode 40.<\/p>\n At the start of the episode we still had the small matter of last episode\u2019s cliffhanger to deal with, with Summer, Coco and Tasha all in the firing line amongst the girls when it came to the public vote firing, while Andrew, Josh and Deji were in the bottom three for the boys.<\/p>\n We soon found out that it was Coco<\/a> and Josh that had come last in the public vote, with their pair then saying their goodbyes to the rest of the Islanders before packing their bags and leaving the villa.<\/p>\n Meanwhile Tasha struggled after being in the bottom three again, although many of the other Islanders paid it short shrift, with Luca telling her he didn\u2019t understand why she was upset given Andrew was now her boyfriend and the pair had both stayed. When she got further upset, he said he was \u201cjust saying what everyone else is thinking\u201d.<\/p>\n When they\u2019re alone, Gemma tells him she agrees with him but his harsh approach wasn\u2019t needed, and when Dami<\/a> joins them he agrees with her.<\/p>\n Elsewhere, Paige<\/a> and Dami chat about her relationships with Jacques and subsequently Adam \u2013 she says she sees potentential with Adam<\/a> but doesn\u2019t know where his head is at. Dami tells her he\u2019s only saying good things.<\/p>\n That night while in bed, Andrew and Tasha say that they love each other. Andrew tells the boys the next morning, while Tasha tells the girls.<\/p>\n Dami tells Indiyah<\/a> he would be happy to leave with her tomorrow if that happens, and she admits that his previous behaviour will play on her mum and sister\u2019s minds.<\/p>\n Luca and Tasha then make up after their argument the previous night, while some of the couples chat by the pool.<\/p>\n Gemma then gets a text which tells the Islanders to \u201cget glam\u201d as they attend \u201cMad Movies: The Premiere\u201d, with everyone equally excited and terrified. Gemma says \u201cThere\u2019s gonna be arguments but I\u2019m looking forward to it\u201d.<\/p>\n Sat down in their teams, the boys and girls get to it. The boys win the first question and choose to watch a clip called \u201cI Know What Ekin-Su Did Last Summer\u201d, which shows Ekin-Su\u2019s encounter with George in Casa Amor which she kept quiet from the others.<\/p> The boys then win the second question too and choose a film called \u201cShe\u2019s Just Not That into You\u201d, which shows Gemma admitting that she feels Luca\u2019s more into her than she is into him, and that her head could be turned. She is then seen flirting with Billy<\/a>, making Luca furious and saying he\u2019s been made out to be an \u201cidiot\u201d.<\/p>\n On that note the episode came to end, with more to come from Movie Night in Sunday\u2019s episode\u2026<\/p>\n Love Island airs at 9pm nightly on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
