One of last week\u2019s episode of the ITV2 show received over 1,500 Ofcom complaints after Dami and Luca threw a pie in Tasha\u2019s face during a game of Snog Marry Pie, after choosing her as the person that was \u201criding someone\u2019s coattails\u201d to get ahead on the show and saying that her boyfriend Andrew Le Page<\/a> was being walked all over.<\/p>\n Speaking to RadioTimes.com<\/a> in an exclusive interview, the influencer \u2013 who came in third place with Teddy Soares on last year\u2019s Love Island<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 said that she would have \u201cdefinitely been sticking up for Tasha\u201d had she been in the villa.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s been so many people that have said they want me in the villa [right now] and also, so many of those people were also people begging for me to leave the villa last year so it\u2019s really funny to see.<\/p>\n \u201cI do feel like, as well, because of the backlash, particularly I got last year, I feel like a lot of people going forward will be very conscious of having blowouts and actually having arguments and actually telling somebody when enough is enough and telling them to f**k off when you don\u2019t want them in your personal space,\u201d she continued. \u201cI feel like a lot of people won\u2019t do that and that is due to the backlash I got.\u201d<\/p>\n Winter added that as a result, there hasn\u2019t been as much \u201cproper drama\u201d on the show this year. \u201cYou know, there hasn\u2019t been any screaming matches between anyone, there hasn\u2019t been any what I would call arguments.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s not been anybody properly sticking up for themselves. Now, I\u2019m worried that that is because people are afraid of backlash they\u2019re gonna get when they come out. And that was proven through me and my experience.\u201d<\/p> The former islander went on to say that had she been in the villa, she would have confronted the boys. \u201cWith the girls this year, I think it\u2019s a simple question of: \u2018What is your problem? What is your actual problem?\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cIf you\u2019ve got an issue, air it properly. Don\u2019t do underhand digs, don\u2019t be that person that thinks you\u2019re getting one up on somebody for making a comment. I\u2019m not about that. If I\u2019ve got an issue, I will go directly to the source and say what my issue is.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI feel like there hasn\u2019t really been that this year and there hasn\u2019t been anyone that\u2019s called anyone out for having issues when that\u2019s all that needs to be said.\u201d<\/p>\n Winter made it to the final of last year\u2019s season, placing behind Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran as well as winners Liam Reardon and Millie Court.<\/p>\n Love Island 2022 continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
