The Australian soap came to an end last night \u2013\u00a0but there was one scene that didn’t make it to the final edit. <\/p>
The final episode of Neighbours<\/a> aired yesterday (29th July) and while we saw the return of Guy Pearce\u2019s Mike Young and cameos from Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Margot Robbie and more, there was one heartwarming moment that didn\u2019t make the cut.<\/p>\n Neighbours writer Shane Isheev has shared a \u201cbeautiful\u201d scene between Callum (Morgan Baker) and Melanie (Lucinda Cowden) after her wedding to Toadie<\/a> (Ryan Moloney) that was cut out of the episode.<\/p>\n In the deleted scene, Callum gifts his new stepmother a crystal pig ornament before thanking her for \u201cmaking our family whole again\u201d.<\/p>\n This was my favourite moment to write\u2026 Unfortunately it was cut short for time, so we never got Callum\u2019s beautiful speech. @CowdenLucinda<\/a> was brilliant (as always) ???? #NeighboursFinale<\/a> #Neighbours<\/a> pic.twitter.com\/g4Zs8MZCMS<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Shane Isheev (@ShaneIsheev) July 29, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote>
