\u201cWe\u2019re still working the details out but Diana Gabaldon will definitely be involved,\u201d she said. \u201cShe is a fantastic writer and from season to season, she\u2019s been a pleasure to work with. We are going to keep working with her.\u201d<\/p>\n
As for how Blood of My Blood will impact the future of Outlander<\/a>, which is currently working on its seventh season, Busby said that the prequel will not affect the show.<\/p>\n \u201cOutlander is such a very important show for us that we would love to have as much Outlander as we possibly can have,\u201d she said.<\/p> \u201cWhat we\u2019ve proven with the Power franchise is that we can have different lanes of storytelling around the same base. We believe that we can do that with Outlander as well.
