Now that Spider-Man PC<\/a> has launched, it\u2019s time to jump into Insomniac\u2019s hugely popular Spidey game on your computer of choice (or perhaps you\u2019ve even got it on a Steam Deck<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Whether you like playing with a controller or prefer to embrace the traditional PC experience with a mouse and keyboard, there are plenty of controls you\u2019ll need to master if you want to succeed in Spidey\u2019s many battles and explore New York to its fullest.<\/p>\n

Without further ado, then, let\u2019s run through the Spider-Man PC controls. We\u2019ll start with the button mapping for controllers, before moving onto the mouse and keyboard way. Check it out!<\/p>\n

Spider-Man PC controls for gamepad or Steam Deck<\/strong><\/h2>\n
If you\u2019re playing the Spider-Man PC port with a controller or the Steam Deck\u2019s built-in buttons, these are the default button mappings that you\u2019ll want to be aware of:<\/p>\n
Move:<\/strong> Left analogue stick<\/li>\n
Look around:<\/strong> Right analogue stick<\/li>\n
Show objective:<\/strong> Press down on right analogue stick<\/li>\n
Heal:<\/strong> Down on the D-pad<\/li>\n
Aim:<\/strong> Left trigger<\/li>\n
Swing\/Sprint:<\/strong> Right trigger<\/li>\n
Perch\/dive:<\/strong> Press down on left analogue stick<\/li>\n
Shoot gadget:<\/strong> Tap right bumper<\/li>\n

In the pause menu, you\u2019ll also find the option in your settings to tinker with the X and Y axis of your mouse, if you prefer them to be inverted or perhaps more sensitive.<\/p>\n
And that\u2019s not to mention all the graphics options you have! There are loads of them in the settings menu, so have a play about until you get the game looking as nice as possible.<\/p>\n
