The 2021 winner will follow in the footsteps of last year\u2019s champion, Irish broadcaster and internet personality Riyadh Khalaf, who won over Gregg Wallace and John Torode with his impressive range of dishes largely inspired by his Iraqi roots.<\/p>\n
