The very first Generation of Pok\u00e9mon games featured just Legendary Pok\u00e9mon and now, in 2022, there are a whopping 60 Legendaries across the gaming series.<\/p>\n

What are Legendary Pok\u00e9mon?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Legendary Pok\u00e9mon are the most rare and powerful Pok\u00e9mon that you can catch in the main gaming series and are often the \u2018cover\u2019 Pok\u00e9mon of the game you are playing.<\/p>\n
Alongside Legendary Pok\u00e9mon there are also Mythical Pok\u00e9mon, which tend to be the very rarest species.<\/p>\n
Both types are usually very hard to catch and are associated with legends of creation or destruction within the main story of its associated Pok\u00e9mon game.<\/p>\n
