It\u2019s officially time to get out your glitter, step into your dancing shoes and lay the fake tan on thick \u2013 the BBC has confirmed the start date for\u00a0Strictly Come Dancing 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The long-running competition\u2019s 20th season will kick off on Saturday 17th September with its highly-anticipated launch show, in which we find out who the Strictly Come Dancing line-up<\/a> will be paired with.<\/p>\n

Strictly officially announced the date of the launch show with a teaser trailer of the professionals\u2019 first group number set to Nina Simone\u2019s Feeling Good.<\/p>\n
