It may have aired on various channels during its lifetime but The Voice UK<\/a>\u00a0is still going strong after a decade \u2013 and presenter Emma Willis has revealed the show\u2019s secret to its lengthy run.<\/p>\n

First airing in the UK in 2012, The Voice UK is currently in its 11th season, with both will.i.am and Tom Jones having been with the show since the very beginning.<\/p>\n

Speaking to RadioTimes.com<\/a> in an exclusive interview, Willis said that it\u2019s The Voice UK\u2019s authenticity which still makes it a hit amongst fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s quite real, isn\u2019t it?\u201d she said. \u201cYou know, you\u2019ve got people auditioning for people who do that job for a living. There\u2019s no better coach than someone who lives and breathes what they\u2019re doing.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd all the talent is outstanding. So I think it\u2019s a very true and genuine competition and the talent kind of speaks for itself. I think that\u2019s what keeps it going. And Tom Jones.\u201d<\/p>

Speaking about the ongoing series, Willis added: \u201cWe obviously love it when the coaches kind of get involved and perform. But I mean especially Tom, because that man\u2019s voice, I think it\u2019s better than it was when he was in his 20s!\u201d<\/p>\n

In last week\u2019s season premiere, Tom Jones moved viewers to tears with a musical tribute to his late wife<\/a>, which his fellow coach Anne-Marie described as \u201cso emotional\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think this is a testament to him and why he\u2019s been able to stay around so long, is because he feels every word he says and every song he releases, he means it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
