The co-host of My Dad Wrote A Porno has revealed there are plans for a film. <\/p>

My Dad Wrote a Porno host James Cooper has revealed that the Belinda Blinked gang would love to adapt Rocky Flintstone\u2019s for the big screen.<\/p>\n

Speaking exclusively to\u00a0RadioTimes.com<\/a><\/strong> at the British Podcast Awards, Cooper \u2013 who presents the podcast alongside Jamie Morton and Alice Levine \u2013 said that the My Dad Wrote a Porno<\/a> team brainstormed ideas for a film after airing their HBO special in 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo we did the HBO show a couple of years ago and we always talk about the movie version, we\u2019ve got quite the cast coming together so that would be great but yeah, I mean who knows?<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what the idea is, we\u2019ve talked about loads of version of it. There\u2019s got to be a way of doing this on the screen so you know, who knows. It\u2019s definitely something where we\u2019re like, \u2018Could this happen? Or maybe it\u2019s just better as a podcast.\u2019 Who knows.\u201d<\/p>

The podcast, which sees Cooper, Jamie Morton and Alice Levine read out extracts from erotic novels written by Morton\u2019s father (who\u2019s pen name is Rocky Flinstone), has seen the likes of Elijah Wood, Daisy Ridley, Dan Levy, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Stephen Mangan appear on the podcast so far \u2013 and Cooper has his eye on another potential guest.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe heard the other day that Daniel Kaluuya listens, but these are always like, \u2018Is this true?\u2019 Someone once told me Adele listens and I\u2019m like, \u2018Is that true?’\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we\u2019ve heard on the grapevine another couple of people so there\u2019s still people out there we\u2019d obviously love to have on but they\u2019re just crazy busy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The podcast, which first launched in 2015, is now into its sixth series, with the broadcaster trio narrating Rocky Flintstone\u2019s sixth novel which is yet to be published.<\/p>\n
