Marvel fans went into meltdown yesterday after Ryan Reynolds revealed that Hugh Jackman would be resurrecting Wolverine<\/a> to appear in Deadpool 3<\/a> \u2013 and now, the pair have returned to the internet to explain themselves.<\/p>\n

Jackman last took on the role of Wolverine in 2017\u2019s Logan, which \u2013 spoiler alert<\/strong> \u2013 ended with the character being killed off after nine X-Men films<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, Jackman and Reynolds took to Twitter for a tongue-in-cheek video in which they explain that Wolverine\u2019s appearance in Deadpool 3 won\u2019t change his demise in Logan.<\/p>\n
